ENH: Qto_SpaceBaseQuantities full scope and override?

Enhancement Description

... I found a couple of PR issues regarding Qto_SpaceBaseQuantities.
I am working with RVT in German, so my question is also localized.
My question is if it is already possible to enhance the Qto Export (found some promising results by including directly LoadBearing and IsExternal in english) and even further to override it with custom mappings.
So far, the map.txt file has not worked (or I could not set it up properly).
