Form With Debug Mode Doesn't work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Form' block
2. Enable debug mode for 'Form' block
3. Play it or or Whole Workflow
4. See Error in logs like (0,i.z)(...).split not function

Expected behavior
Put Text in debug mode as normal
