Investigate flaky EventLogging tests #270
Description
These two tests have been regularly failing:
EventLoggingTests.testThatOnlyOneFileIsUploadedSimultaneously
EventLoggingTests.testThatAllFilesAreEventuallyUploaded
We've added XCTSkips to them for now because they don't seem to be related to any actual code changes in the library, so we need to investigate what's causing them to be flaky.
