Promoted jobs not working (errors when submitting form to JobTarget)

Describe the bug
When trying to promote a listing, users are encountering errors when submitting the form.

To Reproduce

1. Create a job listing.
2. In wp-admin, click the Promote button next to the listing.
3. Complete the Promote New Job form at https://wpjobmanager.com/promote-job/
4. Click Continue.
5. Page refreshes and shows an error.

Note: User in 9538604-zd-a8c got Error getting user token and I got Error creating company’s feed.

Expected behavior
You should be redirected to JobTarget to complete the process.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WP Job Manager plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

• WordPress Version: 6.7.2
• WP Job Manager Version: Version 2.4.0
• PHP Version: 8.2.28
