[BUG][Obsidian] Commands running automatically when command palette is activated

Describe the bug

Every time I activate Obsidian's command palette, this shows in the console:

Command failed to execute:  harper:harper-apply-suggestion-1
Command failed to execute:  harper:harper-apply-suggestion-2
Command failed to execute:  harper:harper-apply-suggestion-3
Command failed to execute:  harper:harper-add-word-to-dictionary
Command failed to execute:  harper:harper-ignore-focused-diagnostic

None of these commands are bound to a hotkey.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Harper grammar checking
2. Activate the command palette with a hotkey

Expected behavior
Not this.
