I have to close and reopen obsidian for harper to work

Describe the bug

Basically, for harper to analyze the note and show the errors, I have to close and reopen Obsidian.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Not really sure, though I am on 2.7.0 and obsidian 1.13.4 installer 1.13.4

Expected behavior

Harper should always be scanning and showing errors.

Though sometimes it does work perfectly fine, really odd.

On vault launch I do get this notice:

It might be related to 3630. For me disabling, then enabling harper seems to work. But it always acts up on start-up. With the failed to load plugin notice, and then the message in in the console you can see in in the linked issue.
