We've observed a host failing to start Sequoia VMs after ~16 days of uptime. Starting a Sonoma VM on the same host in the same state worked fine.
- Host: Sequoia 15.3.2
- Guest: Sequoia 15.3.2
When the host was inspected there were 9 "Virtual Machine Service" processes running, presumably hung from trying to start previous VMs.
- Memory was fine
- Storage was fine
- Force-quitting the 9 processes had no effect
- Restarting
hostmgr-helper had no effect
Ultimately restarting the host resolved the issue.
