AI Launchpad: Stop offering duplicate domain tasks to the tailoring model (#53786)

Drop domain_customize and woo_add_domain from the prompt menu. Both open the
same domain screen as domain_claim/domain_upsell, and only prose kept the
model from picking them alongside each other.
