Connect In Place: avoid logging you out when you switch accounts

“Switch account” unexpectedly logged me out. Also, I was expecting to see the login dialog after clicking that button, instead, “Connect using WordPress.com” button appeared.

I wonder if we can improve the current flow by:

1. warn the user that they will be logged out from their WPCOM account before actually logging them out
2. Save them a click by displaying the login right away. Since they already agreed with our ToS I think we can skip the “Connect using WordPress.com” step.

Calypso doesn’t log out if you click the “Switch user” button.

AFAIK the connect-in-place flow is based on some older, non-Calypso flow. I guess the connection flow has been improved since then in Calypso but not in the other flow.
