WP-Admin Connect Flow: Automattically open login box when clicking "Switch Account"?

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. As a logged-in WordPress.com user, connect a new Jetpack site using the new WP-Admin connect flow
2. When prompted to connect your logged-in account, click "Switch Account"
3. You are presented with a "Login with WordPress.com" button

What I expected

Pop up the login box, to save redundant step of clicking "Log In" button

What happened instead

Unnecessary extra step

haha. literally suggested this in #13413 before reading this. I agree. Provided we can track the "switch account" clicks specific to this inline flow!
