Theme Tools: AMP Compatibility

Let's ensure that all theme tools are currently compatible with the latest version of the AMP plugin, and do not generate any invalidation errors.

Theme tools are defined as features that are automatically loaded and do not include a toggle in the Jetpack dashboard. They are either loaded when a theme declares support for it, or automatically when Jetpack is connected.

Here is the current list, sorted by a rough order of priority. Some of those may already be compatible.
