File Actions Sheet too large for iPhone mini display (landscape mode, title is off screen)

Description

In Pocket Casts for iOS, when I'm viewing the list of uploaded files, if a file name is too long, I will rotate my device to landscape mode so I can view the full file name. However, on an iPhone 13 Mini, the file actions sheet is too tall in landscape mode, so the title is off the top of the screen. If I try to scroll the action sheet it will cause it to close.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. On iPhone Mini, open Pocket Casts.
2. Go to Profile → Files
3. Tap on a file to open the action sheet.
4. Rotate the device into landscape orientation (with rotation lock disabled, of course)
5. Result: the action sheet is too tall for the small screen.

I'm not sure we intend to support landscape here. It seems like we should probably let the title expand to a larger number of lines.

Hi Brandon! You might be right. This is actually the only part of the app I've seen that can switch to landscape view.

Wrapping the title on multiple lines would be ideal, but only if the action sheet will always be tall enough to accommodate a very long title and still have all the buttons visible without scrolling (it should, there's plenty of space to make the sheet taller). The current action sheet does not slide up or down by dragging, despite having a visual handle element at the top.

Another solution that I've seen used is to keep the title on one line and have it scroll horizontally (like a marquee display), so that the full title can be read by watching it scroll. But having the full title visible all at once is preferable.
