Overlapping menu bar icons/window buttons with RTL langauge

Expected

Menu bar items and window buttons shouldn't overlap

Observed

Menu bar items and window buttons overlap when using RTL language (tested with Hebrew)

Reproduced

1. Open system preferences ->Langauge & Region -> Apps -> Plus button -> Pick Simplenote -> Choose Hebrew (עברית)
2. Restart Simplenote

The white blur was added by me to hide my notes content
