I'm playing/testing/developing multiple sites on macOS(tahoe) using /etc/hosts file for (homebrew httpd) with virtual hosts httpd-vhosts.conf, couple of questions due to mariaDB rather than sqlite (seemed to create database using the URL directly). Obvioulsy had to alter these manually to get to desired starting point ???

Studio allows me to install as custom domain except -

1. Does deleting site from Studio delete the content?

2. where can we change admin user name & password for Studio settings? I prefer to use something that isn't admin for when site is ported ...

3. I can see site using studio.wp.local but Studio cannot launch it without nag about port 80.

If you delete a site in Studio, but uncheck the "Delete site files from my computer", this will effectively remove the site from the sidebar in Studio but retain all the site content on your machine.

This isn’t currently possible through Studio’s settings. There’s an open GitHub issue tracking this feature request. For now, you’ll need to manually create a new admin user from the site’s WordPress dashboard. It’s a popular request, so adding it to the Studio interface is definitely on our radar.

Hmm, I was not able to replicate on my end. Would you be able to open up a dedicated Bug Report for this with replication steps? This will help the team diagnose the issue. Thanks!

Will have a look at this in the week, but have decided to use local user for Studio setup so went with the 8081 8082 ports rather than 80 & 8080 which my homebrew apache use for my main development area.
