Hever: editor doesn't respect custom color palette set in customizer #8685

Description

Quick summary

If the Customizer color palette has custom colors, it displays in the page editor color settings but the block shows the colors from the default theme color palette. Frontend works fine, uses the custom colors.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate Hever theme
  2. In Customizer > Colors & Backgrounds select custom colors
  3. In the editor, add any block with a background color setting
  4. Change color
  5. The colors on the block are different than on the color palette popup window
  6. Save and visit the page - the colors are correct, respect the custom palette
