Update E2E documentation for Playwright

Description

We need to update the Playwright E2E documentation to reflect the latest changes in the codebase.

Acceptance criteria

• The documentation is updated
• It should contain:
  • setup steps
  • the current npm scripts
  • a troubleshooting section
