Changes proposed in this Pull Request

Adds a tax row to the fee breakdowns in the transaction timeline:

Testing instructions

  • View any charge from before the tax
  • Confirm the timeline renders correctly
  • Create a charge with tax applied to fees
  • Confirm the tax appears in the timeline

Test the build

Option 1. Jetpack Beta

  • Install and activate Jetpack Beta.
