Wrong currency name and symbol display

Describe the bug

When WooPayments and Multicurrency mode is enabled, it adds currency name after the currency symbol. For example "765 Kč CZK", "30,63 € EUR"

To Reproduce

Set-up WooPayments
Turn on multicurrency mode
Go to the cart or checkout page and see total price

Actual behavior

The currency name is added after the the currency symbol. It happens only to Price total on the cart and Checkout page. Other prices are correctly only with currency symbol.
The same in the administration whenever the total price is displayed.

I'll leave it to one of our developers to make a final decision, but I don't think this is a bug.

The goal of listing the exact currency is to be as explicit as we can about how much the shopper is going to be charged. Since not all currencies have a unique symbol, we cannot rely on the symbol alone.

For example, imagine a Canadian merchant who uses multi-currency. If a U.S. shopper goes to buy something from that merchant, and the price did NOT have a currency code, it'd be difficult to tell if I was being charged in CAD or USD. Showing a currency code alleviates that issue.

Ok, in this case it make a sense. But I think there should by an settings option for displaying just symbol or both . For example, I have only currencies where displaying both is undesirable.

For the devs: perhaps we could consider adding a new filter inside should_output_explicit_price() so that merchants can either force explicit prices all the time or none of the time?
