“Follow me on the Fediverse” block uses React components in the frontend

Quick summary

Using React components in the frontend leads to weird design issues (e.g. having different hover colors for basically all themes), which makes the whole block looking not really integrated into the site, even with default WordPress themes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Adding the “Follow me on the Fediverse” block in the backend.
2. Visiting the frontend with e.g. Twenty Twenty-Five.
3. Hovering over the “Follow” button.

Is this different from #1455 and #426?

This one is explicitly about using backend styles for the frontend, careless whether React scripts are loaded or not. However, it should be fixed automatically if you don’t rely on React components in the frontend anymore.
