Feature Request: Migrate from Friends plugin #2862

What
At some point down the road, when following others is no longer experimental, can we please have a way to migrate from the Friends plugin all of our ActivityPub subscriptions?
Why
Earlier on with this plugin, using Friends was recommended (or strongly suggested), but now, it seems we are slowly getting that functionality natively, so a migration path would be very nice.
