Feature Request : move the warning for DISABLE_WP_CRON

Many of us prefer to use cron instead of triggering via WP_CRON. It’s a configuration choice. Since the last update, I’ve been getting a warning. It’s a minor issue, but it bothers me.

Why

Why not display the message on the plugin’s settings page (options-general.php?page=activitypub) instead of forcing it (and “cluttering up”) the site health status page like this?

It’s a minor detail, and I sincerely thank you for your development work :-)

the recommendation was not, to not use a dedicated CRON, but to simply not to disable the default mode. If you configured a cron for (let's say) once a day, Accept responses to Follow and Quote requests could take some time!

But shouldn't this issue be addressed in the documentation rather than in the site's health status?
Let me explain:
By default, WordPress uses WP_CRON. But the documentation recommends disabling it if you're using a system cron (to avoid overloading the system). People who use DISABLE_WP_CRON do so intentionally and know (in theory) what that entails. For my part, I have a system cron job every five minutes.
In short, disabling WP_CRON is a choice, and as a result, we end up with a message that might lead one to believe there’s a problem with the site.
Well, I won't bother you any further. If you decide to leave it as is, I'll just disable the message by modifying the function.
