[Brand update] Replace glyph in WCCOM auth screens

• Update Proxima Nova font to support alt glyphs
• Update all use of Proxima Nova in Woo auth screens to use font-feature-settings: 'ss04';
• It's likely we have to replace the existing font with another font file

To reproduce

1. In an incognito window, go to this URL
2. Observe the font's type set is using the default (refer to screenshot for example of a character)

Acceptance criteria

1. Update all Proxima Nova fonts to glyph to use ss04 on all WooCommerce.com auth screens (Login, Signup, Reset password, Authorize account)

Proxima Nova does not support specific OpenType stylistic set features such as ss04, so we don't get the desired effect if we apply font-feature-settings: 'ss04' with Proxima Nova. I asked a question on P2 to confirm whether we should use Proxima Vara instead.
