[Brand update] WCCOM auth screens thicker outline when active

In WooCommerce.com auth screens, all input should have thicker outline when focused or active

• Update Woo branding for reset password pages #97152

Acceptance criteria

1. When input are focused or active, border should appear with 2px thickness, without any layout shifts (you could try using outline instead of border)
2. This should be applied to all auth screens (signup, login, reset password)
