Launchpad task: Add CV template/page

Task for: Showcase work/portfolio

As @simison suggested here, we could have a CV task at the launchpad that could:

• Create a draft page named “CV”
• Ensure the new page appears in the site’s navigation so that users don’t need to do it themselves.
• Show the page template picker with the CV category pre-selected:

The “Add 'About' page” tasks should work similarly.

Note: We currently don't have a set of CV templates.
