Move to the Site Management Panel.
https://github.com/Automattic/dotcom-forge/issues/8692 is revamping the (global) Domains management, moving it to the Global Sites View.
This puts many of the pieces of the puzzle in place, but we still need to untangle the actual Hosting -> Domains screen. The site management panel already contains the list of active domains for the site: that's a great starting point.
Here's the (probably incomplete) list of screens that need to be brought over or confirmed:
