Remove login visual element

Description

The issue consists of removing the login visual element from taipy community.

Indeed, it is made to cover a use case with some authentication, which is part of the taipy enterprise package.

In parallel of this breaking change, another issue should be opened to add a login visual element into taipy-enterprise that will be able to deeply integrate with authentication, and authorization.

Acceptance Criteria

• If applicable, a new demo code is provided to show the new feature in action.
• Integration tests exhibiting how the functionality works are added.
• Any new code is covered by a unit tested.
• Check code coverage is at least 90%.
• Related issue(s) in taipy-doc are created for documentation and Release Notes are updated.
