I have a WASM/Browser project that has this line in the csproj file: <WasmRuntimeAssetsLocation>.</WasmRuntimeAssetsLocation>.

With 11.3.0, dotnet publish used to put avalonia.js and some other files would be in the same directory as index.html, but with 11.3.1 dotnet publish puts avalonia.js and some other files in a _framework directory.

Looks like this is probably related to #18947.

Was this an intentional change that I should adjust my project for when updating from 11.3.0 to 11.3.1?

Changing it to "_framework" is a better choice here for WASM .NET SDK compatibility.

Saying this, WasmRuntimeAssetsLocation still should be configurable, breaking that wasn't intentional.
