Can not load libSkiaSharp in WASM

this [issue](https://github.com//issues/7960) shows the same problem with me, but after i re-install workload, re-install nuget packages, the problem still occurs

Install dotnet workload install wasm-tools-net9

Then click on properties of browser project

add line <WasmBuildNative>true</WasmBuildNative>

Like so:

<PropertyGroup>  
	<TargetFramework>net9.0</TargetFramework>  
	<Nullable>enable</Nullable>  
	<WasmBuildNative>true</WasmBuildNative>  
</PropertyGroup>
