Describe the bug

As the title says, setting ShowActivated to false doesn't work on Linux and still the window takes focus once it opens.

To Reproduce

1. Make a window with ShowActivated = false
2. Run your code on a Linux system
3. You will see that your created window still takes focus

Expected behavior

The window to not take focus
