[FEATURE] Have a dashboard widget for ESC telemetry

I think having a small widget that can be opened and closed (like the video widget) would be useful for ESC telemetry. It would display the esc number and the values associated, along with customisable colour coding (e.g. temp > 100 is red, etc). Should be able to support up to 8 ESCs to start of with.
