Update Readme

I noticed that this repository doesn’t currently have a README.md file. A README is important because it helps others understand the purpose of the project, how to set it up, and how to contribute.

I would like to add a README file that includes:

-> A short description of the project

-> Setup and installation instructions

-> Contribution guidelines

This will make the repository more beginner-friendly and easier to contribute to.
Please let me know if I can work on this!
