I noticed this tool doesn't exist in the marketplace in Cursor. How can we get this tool installed for Cursor?

You can download the extension from the Marketplace. Rename it to *.vsix after the download and then, in Cursor, open the command palette and enter "install from vsix" to get the local extension installation dialog
