Restart button closes AyuGram Desktop instead of restarting

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open AyuGram Desktop.
2. Go to Settings and change any option that shows the dialog “A restart of AyuGram is required” (for example: change language).
3. In the dialog, click the Restart button.
4. AyuGram Desktop closes and does not start again automatically.

Expected behaviour

AyuGram Desktop should actually restart: the app should close and automatically launch again with the new settings applied.
Right now the Restart button behaves the same as a simple Quit/Exit, and the user has to start AyuGram manually.

Actual behaviour

When I click the “Restart” button in the “restart required” dialog, AyuGram Desktop just quits and does not start again. I have to launch it manually every time.
