After "Dev Containers: Reopen in Container", need to open Terminal and run azd auth login again

When following the VS Code steps under "Open development environment", Step 6. has the user Reopen in Container.
This works great.

The next step under "Deploy and run", Step 1. says run azd up.

However, at this point, when the app Reopened in Container there is no Terminal Window so we should tell the user to open the Terminal window again before azd up.

And, azd up failed because the login needs to be run again:

[github-actions]

This issue is stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this issue will be closed.
