Automatic follow-up questions in the chat

Motivation

Include 3 follow-up questions in each response the chat returns.
In the system prompt must be added something like these:
Generate 3 very brief follow-up questions that the user would likely ask next. Enclose the follow-up questions in double angle brackets (<<>>). Don't repeat questions that have already been asked.

Tasks

To be filled in by the engineer picking up the issue

• Create in the Admin app an option to enable/disable the follow-up questions
• Implement the logic to handle follow-up questions for each chat's response
• Display the follow-up questions in the chat
• From the chat, when the user clicks on any of these follow-up questions, this question is requested to the server automatically
