Enhancement: move from azure.ai.formrecognizer package to azure.ai.documentintelligence

Motivation

New package is now GA.

How would you feel if this feature request was implemented?

It is not the most important feature for sure but I think that in the long term will make us leverage the most out of the service (new apis and capabilities and so on)

Requirements
