Set up trace sending

Hello,
I'd like to enable this sample application to send Dapr sidecar trace to Dynatrace as described in Dapr documentation about Using Dynatrace OpenTelemetry Collector to collect traces to send to Dynatrace.
Could you please help me in understand which file/s has/ve to be modified/added to set up Dapr to send traces and also to deploy this app with tracing enabled?
