Deployment name expectation

The deployment name of https://github.com/microsoft/Semantic-Ranker-Solution-PostgreSQL is bgev2m3-v1 which is the prerequisite for this repo.
However, this repo expects the deployment name to be bge-v2-m3-1.

I suggest to change the name of either repo to match it so that we don't have to troubleshoot the issue when we simply deploy two repo ends up error.

This was causing a failure from my side where the solution was deployed correctly, but the visual interface was showing a service unavailable exception at the front-end.
This was happening when a query was issued, regardless of the selected search creteria (Semantic Reranker, Vector or RAG) . I was expecting to see an error only at the Semantic Reranker stage instead it happened across all the options. The result was an empty JS object
