The time format is not clear
To Reproduce
1.run "%adl viewjob --account yanacaitest --job_id ee94c1e8-33f4-4d7d-a343-88a63c1a382d";
2.it will list job's detail info;
3.check the results.
Expected behavior
The time format is not clear display
