Disable admin endpoint in ARM/Bicep template

I tried setting functionsRuntimeAdminIsolationEnabled and FUNCTIONS_ADMIN_ISOLATION_ENABLED to true in appSettings but neither worked.

For functionsRuntimeAdminIsolationEnabled the deployment went through but I could still access the admin endpoint.

For FUNCTIONS_ADMIN_ISOLATION_ENABLED I got the error: AppSetting with name 'FUNCTIONS_ADMIN_ISOLATION_ENABLED' is not allowed.

What should I do?
