Deploy application - Empty bullet point

Description

Currently when viewing the Deploy Application modal, each choice for "Container image" and "Kubernetes YAML" hold an empty bullet point that has no content. There does not seem to be any missing content so this is likely to be an extra render.

How to test

• Nav to the projects tab
• Enter into any project
• Click on the "Deploy application" button
• Notice that within the modal the options for "Container image" and "Kubernetes YAML" both render an empty point
