Published website containing theme.js of size 40mb

Bug description

After publishing the website without making any changes to the webpack config the theme.js file is above 40mb impacting performance.

Is this the expected size or some misconfiguration from my end.

Reproduction steps

1. npm run start
2. apply new starter theme
3. publish
4. npm run publish-arm

Expected behavior

Proper minified or split js file.
