Not found kubectl

Last docker image microsoft/azure-cli:2.0.53 cannot found command "kubectl".

/bin/bash: kubectl: command not found

I just noticed this too, it seems that the latest build has a problem, if you pin 2.0.52 everything works again.

2.0.53, no output is written to console when commands are run

This repo is for Azure CLI 1.0, I believe, and has nothing to do with Azure CLI 2.0.
