azure iot hub monitor-events doesnt work due to failing update of uamqp 1.0.3 #61
Description
When I run the monitor-events command from the azure cli iot-ext, it requires an update of uamqp to version 1.0.3. This update is failing due to missing cmake on azure-cli-docker. It can't be easily installed since apt-get is not available on this container.
