Request CLI development support for AzCLI for Microsoft.ManageOps

This Github issue is created as part of the requirements to add AzCli support for a new resource provider named Microsoft.ManagedOps. The resource provider is in private preview and moving to public preview in February 2026.

Note that API specs are in private repo and will be promoted to public repo in coming days.
