Support for Debian forky package updates

Describe the bug

I'm updating Azure CLI on Debian forky, and sudo apt update shows an error message:

Err:14 https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/azure-cli forky Release
  404  Not Found [IP: 2620:1ec:46::53 443]

And

The repository 'https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/azure-cli forky Release' does not have a Release file.

Would it be possible to support Debian forky?

Issue script & Debug output

The repository 'https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/azure-cli forky Release' does not have a Release file.

Expected behavior

Debian forky release file is in place, and the package manager will read it successfully.
