3.52.1: Adds new SDK versions and contract files (#5278)

## Description

This bumps the SDK GA version from 3.52.1 to 3.52.0 and preview version
from 3.53.0-preview.0 to 3.53.0-preview.1 It is a patch upgrade to the
previous release.

**There are no contract changes**
