Please add ability to list and upload custom build tasks

The old nodejs tfx utility was the only way to list and upload custom build tasks

The new vsts utility doesn't seem to offer this. Can it please be added? I would like to try avoid the giant pile of garbage that is nodejs but it seems I can't until this new vsts utility adds support for build tasks
