Questions: Azure SDK message Queue Configuration

I am using the azure sdk using MQTT in one of the Product and facing some memory relegated challenges, so i am having the following Question to ask

Currently using the (Version: LTS_07_2021_Ref01)

1. Is there any APIs or Macros to configure the queue size which Azure sdk uses internally, so that i can make use of it and configure it according application need ?
2. Is there any way to find out the current holding queue size which is occupied by the sdk so that my application can take the decision
   whether not to send more message to sdk so that system memory does not go beyond the limit and crashes the application
3. any API by calling it i can clear the internal all sdk message queue if it is called by Application ?
4. the sdk message queue strategy like FIFO, LIFO ring buffer etc.. can we configure at the beginning of starting of application ?
