Description

I see multiple feedbacks or github issues (for different products) where many cmdlets may not even honor/support WhatIf switch.

-Whatif is not honored for this command Sync-AzVirtualNetworkPeering command, can we please update this doc accordingly: Sync-AzVirtualNetworkPeering (Az.Network) | Microsoft Learn or get this to work (make it to honor -whatif switch)?
